Phil Powers

Phil Powers is known to many as a legend in the wrestling business. A man with great charisma and excellent wrestling knowledge has been in the business for over 15 years. Phil Powers runs a training school and also constructs and sells good quality wrestling rings. POW was lucky enough to purchase a 16 foot wrestling ring from a wrestling legend. The ring is nearly two years old and we have never had any problems with it. Phil is a great supplier and has always asked us if the ring is still ok. Phil Powers currently runs his own promotion in Southampton and is one half of the owner for RQW. Powers can also be found wrestling for All Star Promotions and LDN.

 

 

Joel Redman

If there was one man who was responsible for the transformation of POW today, it would be all down to Joel Redman. Joel was sent down by Phil Powers after POW acquired the ring and for the next several months trained certain wrestlers to a higher standard that would mould a new company of wrestling quality. Joel Redman didn't have to do what he did, but he did it out of kindness and POW can safely call him a close friend. Redman is destined for greatness and is a former trainee from Portsmouth based wrestling company and FWA:A. Redman currently wrestles for 4FW, IPW:UK, 1PW, Premier Promotions and of course when he can, POW. Joel Redman was also featured in the Sun Newspaper advertising his biggest news yet to his career for wrestling at NOAH. POW can safely say that Joel Redman along with the training that he has and currently gets from British legend Mark Sloan, will most defiantly been seen on the American television wrestling for huge companies.

 

 

 

Sam Andrews

 

Portsmouth Graduate Sam Andrews has come down a few times to help train the roster and offer advice of wrestling, nutritional advice, weight lifting and so much more. Sam Andrews mainly works for a Portsmouth based company but has also worked for IWW in Ireland and All Star American Wrestling as well. Sam Andrews will also be seen in POW wrestling for the company when he is free.
